Work model: 5 days per week from office in Wroclaw for onboarding and initial collaboration, after which a hybrid model will be followed

YOUR ROLE: 

Join us as a Business System & Process Expert (all genders)! In this role y ou enhance operational efficiency by delivering end-to-end ERP/system support specifically within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process . You aim to capture and translate business needs into actionable requirements, identify and implement innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement  initiatives that align with best practices and support strategic goals. By engaging with end users and stakeholders and maintaining robust documentation, you strive to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Your key responsibilties are: User Support & Monitoring, Process Design, Integration & Support, Documentation Management and Communications (Communities & Networks)

WHO YOU ARE:

Minimum of 2+ years professional experience in a customer facing environment and/or professional experience in a business facing process improvement, project management or similar role

Bachelor’s Degree in business management or related field preferred

Strong analytical skills with t echnical proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SD module: Oracle, SAP)

Ability to lead projects, ensure they meet business goals, build detailed plans, and manage teams through change (LSS a plus)

Results-driven mindset with attention to detail and problem solving skills

Organized, reliable and able to communicate with stakeholders, different teams etc.

Willing to learn coaching/mentoring and support others as you grow

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English, other EU languages are preferred
