About this opportunity
Your role:
Are you passionate about improving business processes and driving meaningful transformation in the Life Science industry? Join a global ERP transformation program as a Business Process Expert for Quality Management and help shape the future of how quality processes are designed, standardized, and deployed across the organization.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with Business Process Owners, IT Solution Experts, and Data Experts to deliver key design decisions that will have a long-term impact on the organisation. You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to simplify and harmonize processes, ensuring efficient and compliant ways of working.
As a trusted change agent, you will support the implementation of process improvements and contribute to the successful deployment of new solutions. Your expertise will help translate complex business requirements into clear, practical, and sustainable processes. You will also develop and maintain detailed process documentation while monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity to influence global business operations, collaborate with international stakeholders, make a tangible impact within a highly regulated Life Science environment and advance your career.
Global travel required up to 20% of your time.
Who you are:
You have successfully participated in at least three full ERP transformation or implementation cycles within a Quality Management environment, from design through deployment and hypercare.
You bring hands-on expertise in SAP QM (Quality Management), along with knowledge of other SAP modules, such as SAP PP (Production Planning). Experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) would be considered a strong advantage.
You have a strong background in business process design, process harmonization, and ERP-driven business transformation, ideally gained within the Life Sciences, manufacturing, or regulated industries.
You have experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, including the creation of User Requirement Specifications (URS), test scripts, and validation/testing documentation, while supporting data migration activities.
You combine deep knowledge of quality and manufacturing processes with a strong understanding of how these processes are enabled within an ERP landscape.
You have experience working as a functional consultant, business process expert, or similar role, ideally within a major consulting firm or a large-scale global transformation program.
You possess excellent project management, stakeholder management, and change management skills, enabling you to influence cross-functional teams and drive successful adoption of new processes.

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.
0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
