Als ITOT Business Analyst speel je een centrale rol in het verbinden van business en technologie, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat IT- en OT-oplossingen naadloos aansluiten bij de noden van de organisatie. Key ResponsibilitiesVerzamel en vertaal businessbehoeften naar duidelijke functionele specificaties en ITOT-oplossingenZorg voor consistentie tussen requirements, oplossingen, testen en validatieprocessenWerk samen met lokale en globale teams om kwalitatieve ITOT-diensten te leverenOndersteun implementatie van standaardoplossingen met minimale maatwerkontwikkelingenMeet en stuur de businesswaarde van technologie-initiatieven en verbeterprojectenVerhoog de toegankelijkheid en samenwerking tussen business stakeholders en DDITOndersteun validatie, testing en naleving van security- en compliancevereistenSupporteer het beheer van een portfolio van ITOT initiatieven met het oog op alignment met de strategie en rapportage naar het Site Leadership Team en andere stakeholders.Dien als een aanspreek- en escalatiepunt voor business problemen bij het gebruik van ITOT-oplossingen.
