Job Description
Develop marketing objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotion and ensure their execution with multichannel engagement to achieve product objectives.
Manage and develop product life cycle plan with market development.
Lead brand/in-field team and collaborate with other function to get brand objectives.
Developing annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing and expense budgets.
Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans.
Analyze market trends and sales potential; issue monthly proposed forecast with suggested action plans to achieve the proposed forecast.
Maintain contact with key customers to follow up promotion efforts and keep informed on needs of the customers.
Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products. Achieve sales, margin and market share annual goals. • Coordinate and deliver periodic sales training
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher with more than 3 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical companies.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Strong business awareness and analytical skills including strategic thinking, and business planning.
Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results.
Strong communication skill
