Biotech Production Coordinator
At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. We are seeking a Biotech Production Coordinator I-III to join our Manufacturing team.
In this role, you will support manufacturing operations by coordinating inventory, documentation, production scheduling, sampling activities, and compliance-related processes while partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams. Location: Rensselaer, New York
Shift Requirements: Tues-Fri, 6:00am-4:30pm
Other Requirements: Ability to support manufacturing operations in a regulated manufacturing environment
What You'll Do:
Oversee the lifecycle management of manufacturing documentation.
Prepare routine and non-routine reports and track key performance indicators to support operational goals.
Maintain inventory accuracy through investigations, weekly reviews, reconciliations, and related activities.
Perform and interpret Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Practice (GxP) data analysis.
Create and review sampling intake documentation for manufacturing operations.
Coordinate material requirements to help ensure production continuity.
Create and maintain bills of materials to support manufacturing needs.
Evaluate, initiate, and monitor deviations and other compliance-related events.
Coordinate, review, and catalog manufacturing documentation.
Serve as a liaison between Manufacturing and other functional areas to support efficient operations.

Utilize multiple systems, data sources, calculations, and documentation to support daily operations.
Balance office-based coordination activities with supporting manufacturing operations.
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure production and compliance objectives are achieved.

Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
0-2+ years of related experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to navigate multiple systems, data sources, calculations, and documentation.
Preferred:
Experience in a Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) environment.
Experience in Quality Assurance, project management, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.
Experience analyzing data and supporting compliance-related activities.
