As Biosimilar Platform IBP Execution Senior Manager you'll drive the execution of the IBP cycle at platform level by coordinating inputs, supporting forum facilitation, and ensuring timely delivery of aligned outputs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate demand, supply and financial inputs across functions
Ensure data readiness and alignment prior to IBP forums
Plan and manage IBP cycle calendar and milestones
Support and co-facilitate IBP forums (P&PR, DR, SR, S&OP)
Structure issues into clear discussion topics
Track decisions, actions and escalations
Ensure follow-up and closure of actions
Escalate issues to Platform IBP Lead where needed
Ensure adherence to IBP processes and standards
What you need to bring to the role:
6–10+ years in supply chain, planning, finance or commercial roles
Experience in commercial planning, demand planning or S&OP / IBP environments
Proven experience in the biosimilars market, including launch planning
Strong cross-functional exposure and business understanding
Experience working in complex, multi-market environments
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Fluent English mandatory

Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
