What you will do

Report to Business Manager (INF team), responsible for product promotion within the assigned territory to achieve or exceed the quarterly sales target

Responsibilities:

Product promotion – Ophthalmology and Immunology products

Collaborate with manager and territory partner to develop and implement territory Plan of Action

Evaluate progress vs plan monthly and agrees to course corrections with manager where necessary

Provide feedback to product sales management on competitor activity

Detail products in accordance with Amgen’s sales process and agreed marketing strategy

Continuously develop and improve product knowledge communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs

Build and maintain long-term associations with physicians and other health care professionals based on trust

Report customer activity in the CRM system and ensures customer profiles are kept up to date

Follow up on customer queries in a timely manner

Ensure open communication and shares best practices is in close collaboration with the rest of the team actively exchanging ideas

Participate in the Amgen Performance Management System MAP

What we expect of you

Minimum Requirements

4 – 5 year(s) of prior selling experience in the pharmaceutical market / Candidate with less experience will be considered as Biopharmaceutical Representative.

BA/BSc Degree with strong science background.

Excellent Communication Skills

Team Player

Basic knowledge of and experience in the local healthcare environment

Some experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)

Fluency in Cantonese & English, both in oral and written communication
