We are seeking an Associate Scientist to join our Non-Viral Delivery Technologies group within Regeneron Genetic Medicines. In this role, you will support production, purification, and characterization of protein reagents used in next-generation delivery technology development, helping to expand the company's growing genetic medicines portfolio while collaborating with team members and groups across the company.This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

Work model/flexibility: Onsite

Discover your role:

Maintain and manipulate suspension cells

Operate AKTA systems for small-scale purification using liquid chromatography-based techniques (e.g., affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion)

Develop high-throughput protein purification and conjugation workflows

Characterize purified proteins using methods such as SDS-PAGE, SE-UPLC, and CE

Manage and organize data and workflows with strong attention to detail

Troubleshoot logistical and technical hurdles as they arise

Work independently and show initiative to continually improve protocols and processes

Thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

This role requires:

BS/MS in molecular biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, or a related field

Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability

Preferred: experience with aseptic technique in mammalian cell culture, chromatography, running an AKTA Pure/Avant, and SDS-PAGE/CE
