Your Role
We seek a results-driven Product Manager. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to maximize demand, revenue growth, and profitability for the Product Portfolio. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, deep understanding of the healthcare environment, and a track record of successful marketing strategies, product launches and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies and programs for the Product Portfolio to meet sales and profitability objectives.
Drive sales across channels, ensuring targets are met in line with company strategy.
Define investments and trade-offs aligned with strategic priorities, ensuring implementation and detailed control of investments.
Map opportunities based on HCP segmentation and establish HCP-focused strategies. (Support KAM plans)
Ensure the sales force and brand-support functions execute the strategy and brand narrative; leverage omnichannel channels to communicate with customers.
Work cross-functionally with Brand teams (Medical, Access, Commercial) to align activities.
Establish promotional strategies and commercial strategies; collaborate on disease awareness initiatives. (awareness and market expansion)
Lead promotional training for new team members in the Product franchise.
Develop accurate demand forecasts based on product trends and market analysis to support business planning and execution.
Strategic Impact
Ensure objectives are met by driving marketing and sales strategies that raise demand and commercialize the portfolio through key stakeholders.
Develop account and HCP-specific plans based on the potential of indications for the brands under responsibility.
Ensure profitability through optimal pricing and channel GTN management, and promotional investment budgeting.
Lead the multidisciplinary brand team to execute launches of future products in the pipeline within the assigned franchise.
Manage and report on sales, budgets, and promotional metrics; prepare and monitor business plans and forecasts.
Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders at Global, Regional, and Local levels; build and maintain relationships with medical societies and other Product Portfolio.
Who You Are
Education and Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or Marketing, Health Economics, or related discipline preferred.
Fluent in English.
Certifications in Marketing, Product Management, or Healthcare Excellence are a plus.
Experience
3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, with commercial leadership in marketing and field sales.
Proven track record launching new products and driving brand growth; experience in specialty / high-cost therapeutic areas and institutional markets.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage direct reports and influence without authority.
Strong understanding of regulatorypharmaceutical requirements and the impact on marketing materials.
High negotiation skills in B2B settings with decision-makers.
Budget management experience, including revenue forecasting and expense budgeting.
Experience with handling Specialists HCP is desirable.
Excellent communication and networking skills; ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders globally and locally.
