Position Overview

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a motivated Operations Support Associate to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will support daily operational activities by following established procedures and administrative processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of work. Working within a GMP-regulated environment, you will contribute to the processing of pharmaceutical products while maintaining high standards of professionalism, compliance, communication, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

Execute operational and administrative tasks according to established procedures, ensuring accuracy, quality, and achievement of production targets.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.

Support the processing of ingredients and pharmaceutical products while adhering to standardized workflows and activity processes.

Document daily activities, monitor performance against targets, and escalate concerns or issues to leadership when necessary.

Take ownership of required training activities and ensure all learning requirements are completed on time.

Contribute to a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment by supporting continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrating Johnson & Johnson's Leadership Imperatives and Credo values.

Requirements

Relevant MBO-2 diploma with at least 18 months of relevant work experience, or a non-relevant MBO-2 diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

B1 level proficiency in either Dutch or English.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and entry-level business applications.

Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused approach to work.

Flexible, positive, and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Availability and willingness to work in a shift-based environment.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€34.200,00 - €50.600,00
