As As-sociate Director, Product Adoption Lead, you will drive the successful adoption of AI-powered products, copilots, automations, and self-service workflows that enhance productivity and accelerate business outcomes across US Commercial. This is a unique opportunity to shape how teams embrace innovative technologies, influence enterprise-wide change, and help build a more efficient, data-driven future.This role is based in East Hanover, NJ and will not have the ability to be located remotely. Please note that this role would not provide relocation, and only local candidates will be considered. This position will require travel up to 20% as defined by the business (domestic and/or international).
Key Responsibilities:Develop adoption plans for AI products, copilots, automations, and self-service workflows.Translate product capabilities into practical use cases, activation moments, and user guidance.Track usage, confidence, sentiment, adoption barriers, and business outcomes.Lead feedback loops with users and product teams to improve adoption and usability.Coordinate learning, communications, and community resources to reinforce sustained adoption.Essential Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, learning, healthcare, digital, or related field.7+ years of experience in product adoption, digital transformation, change management, or AI enablement.Experience launching or scaling enterprise tools, digital products, AI solutions, or workflow transformations.Strong stakeholder engagement, project management, data interpretation, user research, and communication skills.Desirable Requirements:Experience with AI-enabled products, Microsoft 365 Copilot, low-code/no-code tools, or product analytics.Product owner, agile, change management, customer success, or pharmaceutical commercial operations experience.Novartis Compensation Summary:The salary for this position is expected to range between $152,600 and $283,400 per year.The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.US-based eligible employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, life and disability benefits, a 401(k) with company contribution and match, and a variety of other benefits. In addition, employees are eligible for a generous time off package including vacation, personal days, holidays and other leaves.
