The Associate Director, Neurologist HCP Marketing and Professional Engagement, will contribute to the development and implementation of HCP marketing initiatives within Eisai’s Alzheimer’s disease (AD) team. This individual will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic professional engagement and marketing programs, while also leading insight generation through strategic councils and innovative educational programs. This role represents a key opportunity for a talented, passionate marketer to lead important and innovative commercial work streams for a highly visible, growing brand. Essential Functions /Key Responsibilities :
Lead HCP professional engagement strategy in alignment with brand objectives , including development of dynamic and innovative programs that enable HCP education
Manage speaker bureau strategy and oversee operations (with support from Senior Product Manager)
Own strategic council and advisory board planning, execution, and insight generation
Translate HCP insights into actionable recommendations that inform brand strategy
Serve as primary liaison for external professional education and engagement agencies
Oversee development and execution of peer-to-peer educational programs and materials
Lead Neurologist-targeted HCP congress strategy and execution, including pre, during, and post-congress activities
Develop and execute HCP marketing tactics across personal, non-personal, and digital channels
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Medical, Sales, Regulatory, etc.) to ensure execution and high-quality outcomes
Foster relationships with key stakeholders to develop brand strategies; ensure alignment of all efforts within the broader strategic direction of Eisai
Champion AD innovation and strategic investment opportunities that advance the business and serve to fulfill our mission of human health care ( hhc )
Represent the brand with internal and external stakeholders, including Global and Regional colleagues
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in related field with 8 + years of relevant experience (e.g., sales, marketing, product management) in pharma/biotech industry. (or a combination of equivalent education and experience).
Experience with medical, legal and regulatory approval process for promotional programs, preferred.
Experience working with PhRMA and Regulatory/Legal guidelines for healthcare provider interactions to ensure compliance.
Experience working with and directing agencies and strategic vendors.
Travel is estimated at 20% of the time, including some weekend travel.
Hybrid in Nutley NJ 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
Eisai Salary Transparency Language:
The annual base salary range for the Associate Director, Neurologist HCP Marketing & Professional Engagement is from :$189,000-$248,000
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible to participate in : Eisai Inc. Annual Incentive Plan & Eisai Inc. Long Term Incentive Plan.
Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.
