Job Description

Within International Customer Excellence (ICEx), the Strategic Initiatives & Transformational Delivery team serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and cross-functional teams to advance ICEx’s highest-priority innovation and transformation agenda.

This role is designed for a highly strategic, consultative program leader who can help shape direction, influence decisions, and drive delivery of complex initiatives that create meaningful business impact, while also bringing strong communications instincts to help translate strategy into clear, compelling narratives that support alignment and adoption. The successful candidate will not only manage programs, but will actively contribute to the work - partnering closely with stakeholders, challenging constructively, solving problems in real time, and helping translate strategy into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes.

We are looking for someone who can operate comfortably at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and communication. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to work across organizational levels to build alignment, drive momentum, and help teams move from idea to implementation. In addition, this role will serve as a communications champion for the team, helping elevate the clarity, consistency, and effectiveness of messaging across major initiatives and change efforts, including narrative development, stakeholder messaging, and change communications that clearly demonstrate business value.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Partner with Functional Leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify business opportunities, shape initiative direction, and support strategic decision-making

Lead the delivery of ICEx’s priority programs from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment to business strategy, scope, dependencies, risks, and desired outcomes

Serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on strategic partner to project teams, contributing to delivery, problem solving, and issue resolution throughout the program lifecycle

Translate complex business priorities into structured execution plans, stakeholder materials, and leadership updates that drive clarity, alignment, and action

Build and sustain strong relationships across all levels of the organization, including senior leaders, functional partners, and project teams

Apply constructive challenges, consulting-style thinking, and strong business judgment to help teams reach the best solution for the business

Evaluate strategic risks and dependencies, recommend actions, and help teams navigate ambiguity with confidence and structure

Develop and maintain program plans, milestone tracking, dashboards, and communications plans to support delivery discipline and transparency

Lead and support the creation of compelling change management messaging, executive communications, and business updates that connect to end users, reinforce business value, and help drive adoption

Act as a communications champion for the team by strengthening narrative development, audience-specific messaging, and overall communication quality across programs

Help connect innovation, business process optimization, and technology adoption to broader ICEx strategic priorities

Promote operational excellence, knowledge sharing, and best practice across ICEx global, area, and affiliate teams

Qualifications

BS/BA in business, finance, technology, or a related discipline

10+ years of experience leading or supporting large, cross-functional, or global initiatives in transformation, consulting, business operations, program management, or a related field

Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic partner, influencing decisions, contributing to strategy development, and driving alignment across stakeholders

Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to craft compelling business updates, executive-ready presentations, and clear change-management messaging that influences stakeholders, builds alignment, and connects strategy to end-user value

Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization, including senior leaders

Highly experienced in translating complex ideas into clear, actionable, value-driven messaging that resonates with end users, builds understanding, and drives transformation adoption

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business challenges and help design practical solutions

Demonstrated ability to manage through ambiguity, create structure with limited direction, and keep work moving forward

High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and a collaborative style suited to a global, matrixed environment

Ability to build trust and credibility quickly with internal business partners and cross-functional teams

Preferred:

Experience supporting strategic communications, change communications, stakeholder engagement, or executive messaging for major initiatives in a commercial setting

Experience in business process optimization, innovation delivery, or transformation programs

PMP, Six Sigma, or other equivalent project management and/or process improvement certification
