Our Global Heme Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) Operations team is at the forefront of innovation, commercial strategy, and operational excellence, driving the evolution of the global, cross-functional, "vein to vein” business process for CASGEVY, the only CRISPR-based autologous gene therapy approved for people living with Sickle Cell Disease and Transfusion dependent beta thalassemia.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an Associate Director, Heme CGT Business Systems to lead global system strategy for CASGEVY.  This critical role will be responsible for owning the strategy, roadmap and execution of the order management system and key commercial tools and processes, essential to delivering a vein-to-vein, autologous product.  As CASGEVY continues to scale across 9+ markets globally, the successful candidate will bring a strategic, analytical, and collaborative mindset, provide cross-functional leadership and drive alignment among international and US Heme Business Units, Manufacturing, Quality, and Technology teams involved in CASGEVY delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for commercial capabilities supporting the Heme Franchise

Partner with IT and regional stakeholders to translate business priorities into scalable tools, processes, and product enhancements

Drive cross-functional alignment across global commercial teams, external manufacturing, quality, and other enabling functions to support business objectives, governance, and effective decision-making

Work closely with Quality to ensure appropriate GxP processes, controls, and requirements are understood and adhered to across relevant systems, tools, and processes

Lead change management efforts to support successful implementation, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of commercial capabilities across the organization

Drive continuous improvement and ongoing optimization of commercial capabilities to enhance planning, execution, and operational effectiveness

Qualifications

Demonstrated success working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders

Strong ability to simplify high-level concepts into actionable insights and advise on digital maturity, digital transformation and system integrations to the site leadership team

Analytical problem-solving and strategic planning abilities

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline

Typically requires 8 years of work experience leading the delivery of customer facing digital programs to promote products and services to external customers, or the equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience in GxP regulated systems and related documentation, and GxP process and change management is highly preferred

Pay Range:

$162,800 - $244,200

Disclosure Statement:

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
