The Associate Director, Neurology HCP Marketing, will contribute to the development and implementation of HCP marketing initiatives within Eisai’s Alzheimer’s disease (AD) team. This individual will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing programs, while creating communication goals and customer experience aligned to the business objectives within the AD team. This role represents a key opportunity for a talented, passionate marketer to lead important and innovative commercial work streams for a highly visible, growing brand.
Essential Functions /Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of HCP-facing marketing materials aligned with overall brand strategy and objectives
Translate brand strategy into impactful, compliant, and clinically relevant promotional content to educate Neurologists
Own implementation of marketing programs, including tracking performance, analyzing results, and optimizing tactics based on data-driven insights
Serve as the primary marketing partner to the field team, gathering insights from customer interactions to refine materials and identify unmet needs
Manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and consistent with strategic priorities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Medical, Sales, Regulatory, etc.) to ensure execution and high-quality outcomes
Lead analysis of market research data to identify growth opportunities and business needs
Foster relationships with key stakeholders to develop brand strategies; ensure alignment of all efforts within the broader strategic direction of Eisai
Champion AD innovation and strategic investment opportunities that advance the business and serve to fulfill our mission of human health care ( hhc )
Represent the brand with internal and external stakeholders, including Global and Regional colleagues
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field (Master's preferred) with 8+ years of brand marketing or managed markets experience in pharma/biotech industry
OR a combination of equivalent education and experience
Proven experience in sales/marketing in applicable therapeutic area (neurology), leading medical, legal and regulatory approval process for promotional programs, preferred
Some experience with market research processes to develop deep customer insights
Project management experience driving complex initiatives in collaboration with key cross-functional stakeholders (internal & external), including tracking and managing budgets and resources
Some experience mentoring and training team members on brand/marketing activities and procedures
Proven performance in earlier role
Must be able to travel up to 30%
This position is hybrid based in Nutley, NJ three days in office per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Eisai Salary Transparency Language:
The annual base salary range for the Associate Director, HCP Marketing, Alzheimer’s Disease is from :$189,000-$248,000
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible to participate in : Eisai Inc. Annual Incentive Plan & Eisai Inc. Long Term Incentive Plan.
Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.
