Asset Project Manager

We are looking for an Asset Project Manager who is collaborative, strategic, and results-driven to join us in our Integrated Program Management team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.

About the role

As an Asset Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving complex drug development programs from planning through execution. You will oversee critical project activities across medical, market access and stakeholder workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines and budgets.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help translate program strategies into actionable plans, provide clear project visibility, manage risks and opportunities, and support informed decision-making. Who you'll work with

You will be working in a team that partners with experts across drug development, medical affairs, market access, regulatory, manufacturing, safety and commercial functions.

The Integrated Program Management team enables effective planning and execution across complex development programs. You will collaborate closely with program leaders, subject matter experts and global stakeholders to align priorities, facilitate decision-making and ensure successful delivery of strategic objectives. The team values transparency, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives contribute to better outcomes.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, budgets and timelines aligned with overall program objectives.

• Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure clear communication across global project teams and stakeholders.

• Lead scenario planning and impact assessments to support strategic and governance decision-making.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation plans when needed.

• Provide accurate and transparent reporting on project status, milestones, budgets and key deliverables.

• Facilitate productive meetings, promote collaboration and support positive team dynamics.

• Drive the adoption of project management best practices and agile ways of working.

• Remove operational barriers and enable teams to successfully deliver critical program outcomes.

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum three years of project management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare industry.

• Experience supporting drug development programs across clinical development, regulatory or pre-launch activities.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working within complex cross-functional environments.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, balance risks and drive projects to successful completion.

• Experience working with global and culturally diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to support data-driven decisions.

• Project management certification or training is considered an advantage.
