Amazon Advertising & Content Execution Manager - Italy

We're hiring an Amazon Advertising Execution Manager for Bayer’s eCom Engine team, focused on the Italian market. This role combines advertising and content creation to enhance awareness, improve shopper experience, boost sales, and solidify our digital presence across Amazon and key ePharmacy platforms. A role for someone who enjoys bringing Paid Media and Content together strategically, managing campaigns across the funnel, and driving measurable performance on Amazon.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

You own the planning, execution and optimization of our Amazon Advertising activities for the Italian market

• You manage campaigns across the entire funnel, including Sponsored Products, PPC, DSP, Display and CTV

• You continuously optimize bids, budgets, targeting and creatives to improve ROAS and reduce ACOS

• You work with tools such as Pacvue or BidX and derive data-driven actions from performance insights

• You connect advertising data with content performance to create a holistic view of business success

• You identify opportunities in listings and content to sustainably improve advertising efficiency

• You design and execute structured tests across ads, creatives and messaging to continuously evolve the strategy

• You collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, E-Commerce and other teams as a key cross-functional partner.

ePharmacy & Pure Player Advertising (Nice-to-have exposure)

• Support retail media execution across key ePharmacy platforms (e.g. Redcare, Atida, DocMorris)

• Understand differences between Amazon and ePharmacy media ecosystems

• Contribute to test & learn roadmap across non-Amazon retail media channels

Who You Are:

•    1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, eCommerce, ideally Amazon

•    Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising (PPC/Sponsored Ads); DSP is a plus

•    Experience with bidding & keyword tools such as Pacvue, Skai, or BidX & Helium 10

•    Strong analytical skills and ability to connect data to business decisions

•    Excellent attention to detail

•    Ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholder requests simultaneously.

•    Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

•    Strong project management and prioritisation skills & Proactive and collaborative working style

Nice To Have:

• Experience with ePharmacy or pure player platforms (e.g. Redcare, Atida, DocMorris)

• Exposure to multi-channel retail media beyond Amazon

• Understanding of healthcare / OTC category dynamics

• Experience localising campaigns for Italian market

Languages:

• English: Fluent

• Italian: Strongly preferred

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 8,880 PLN. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility.

This position is be eligible for variable pay components, such as annual or performance-based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
