About this opportunity
Your role: Drive profitable growth across existing and new accounts within your territory by positioning and selling our Process Solutions portfolio. Build and nurture strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities to expand share of wallet and accelerate revenue growth. Develop a deep understanding of your territory, customer strategies, project pipelines, and commercial priorities to inform action plans. Coordinate with cross-functional partners to marshal the right resources and move opportunities through the sales process. Create focused plans of action that support both customer success and business growth while maintaining disciplined forecasting. Use digital tools and CRM to engage customers, qualify opportunities, and track activity with accuracy. Lead the full sales opportunity process, including account planning, pricing coordination, and order support. Communicate customer needs and market insights clearly to internal teams and contribute to strategic commercial initiatives. Ensure timely follow-up on qualified opportunities and deliver regular, accurate forecasts for demand and performance. Support the transition of customers to online and eCommerce channels where relevant and maintain pipeline visibility through consistent documentation.
Who you are:
Bachelor/Master’s degree (or higher) in (Bio)Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Life Science or a related industry, with a proven sales track record.
Strong ability to understand customer needs and translate them into commercial opportunities.
Excellent territory management and opportunity management skills.
Comfortable working across functions and coordinating the right people to move opportunities forward.
Clear, credible communication and the ability to present ideas effectively.
Sound business acumen with the ability to interpret customer potential, market signals, and data.
Strong planning and project management skills with reliable follow-through.
Resilient and able to thrive in demanding environments with shifting priorities.
